Responsibilities
As an AI/ML Research Scientist, you will work closely with senior researchers and managers to conduct research and development in areas such as natural language processing and generative AI. You will collaborate with R&D teams to customize and apply developed technologies to address key customer challenges.
Qualifications
We are looking for candidates with:
2+ years of experience with a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience). 0+ years with a Master's degree. 6+ years with no degree.
Skills & Experience
Programming Expertise: Proficiency in one or more of the following languages: C, C++, Python.
AI/ML Research Experience: Proven experience in AI/ML research, with a preference for candidates who have published their work.
Model Development: Hands-on experience building and tuning AI/ML models.
Large Language Models: Experience working with large language models.
Software Development Practices: Familiarity with modern software development practices and tools (Git, CI/CD).
Desired Skills (a plus!)
Experience with machine learning libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.).
Experience with NLP models and platforms (Llama2, Hugging Face, etc.).
End-to-end machine learning model development experience.
Experience with Linux, Docker, and Kubernetes.
Experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure).
Clearance
No security clearance is required to apply. However, U.S. Citizenship with the ability to obtain a security clearance is required for employment.
