AI/ML Engineer – Build the Brain of AI agents

This is a remote position. At Madiff, we design and build enterprise AI systems for top US clients, delivering large-scale commercial applications powered by Generative AI. Our teams work on advanced LLM integrations, intelligent automation, and AI-driven platforms that transform how global enterprises operate. We’re looking for an AI/ML Engineer to build and optimise the core intelligence behind these solutions. You’ll work across cutting-edge technologies, fine-tune large language models, and design algorithms that bring automation, prediction, and reasoning into production systems used by major clients. Responsibilities • Develop, fine-tune, and deploy advanced machine learning and deep learning models • Integrate and optimise large language models (e.g. GPT-4, Claude, Gemini) for enterprise applications • Build scalable AI pipelines for automation, decision intelligence, and recommendation systems • Collaborate with backend and data engineering teams to embed AI models into production environments • Continuously improve model accuracy, efficiency, and latency based on live data feedback Requirements Requirements • 3+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering or applied data science • Proven expertise with Python, PyTorch or TensorFlow, and model deployment frameworks • Experience with LLMs, LangChain, LangGraph, or vector databases (Pinecone, Chroma, FAISS) • Strong understanding of data structures, APIs, and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) • A results-driven mindset with focus on building robust, scalable AI systems for enterprise environments Benefits • Solid, competitive salary • Work in multilingual, multinational and multicultural environment on international projects • Comprehensive healthcare • Long-term B2B contract with stable project pipeline • Fully remote model Apply tot his job
