EOB Companion Accept text input + basic PDF/JPG upload (OCR → prefill textarea). Parse EOB to extract: allowed, paid, patient responsibility, denial/reason codes. Generate a clear explanation + “what to do next” script. Add simple caching for common EOB formats to reduce costs. Include a feedback loop (staff can flag/correct errors to improve accuracy). 2. Charity-Care Screener Progressive data collection (only prompt for fields as needed). Inputs: ZIP, hospital name, household income/size. Output: eligibility likelihood, required docs, step-by-step instructions, hospital contact info. Offline-tolerant design (graceful fallback if no internet). Deliverables: Two fully working modules integrated into Flask frontend. Caching layer for EOB parsing. Progressive data collection flow for screener. Templates in English + Spanish with consistent styling. Print-to-PDF case summary (with simple branding). 15 sample cases tested end-to-end, with documented accuracy and error handling.
