We are seeking a talented AI Voice and Text-based Chatbot Developer to design, build, and deploy an advanced chatbot solution. The ideal candidate will have experience in developing conversational AI applications using Voiceflow, Synthflow, Twilio, Make, Google Sheets, Airtable, and other APIs as needed to integrate with Office 365 services, Microsoft Power Automate, and other no-code/low-code platforms for rapid development. Requirements Requirements • Proven experience in developing AI chatbots with voice and text capabilities. • Proficiency with no-code/low-code platforms such as Voiceflow. • Strong understanding of NLU and experience with platforms like Dialogflow, Rasa, or similar. • Experience with API integrations, particularly Microsoft Graph API. • Proficiency with Microsoft Power Automate for workflow automation. • Familiarity with Twilio or Vonage for voice capabilities. • Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, JavaScript, or similar. • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Strong communication and collaboration skills. • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment. Job Duties and Responsibilities Responsibilities • Design and develop a voice and text-based chatbot using platforms such as Voiceflow, Dialogflow, or Rasa. • Integrate the chatbot with Office 365 Outlook Calendar using Microsoft Graph API and Power Automate. • Implement natural language understanding (NLU) capabilities to accurately interpret and respond to user inputs. • Develop and maintain conversational flows and ensure the chatbot provides accurate and helpful responses. • Test, debug, and refine the chatbot to ensure optimal performance and user satisfaction. • Collaborate with the team to gather requirements, provide updates, and deliver a high-quality product. • Continuously monitor, analyze, and improve the chatbot’s performance based on user feedback and interaction data. Preferred Qualifications • Experience with Office 365 services and ecosystem. • Familiarity with other AI and machine learning frameworks and tools. • Knowledge of UX design principles for conversational interfaces.
