We’re a U.S.-based women’s shapewear brand looking to build a scalable, repeatable process for generating 10–15 second AI-enhanced social media videos — think before/after transformations, avatar simulations, and TikTok-style and Instagram-style hooks.

I’m looking for a U.S.-based AI video expert to teach me step-by-step how to create these videos using platforms like HeyGen, Runway, Pika Labs, etc.

This job is not for video editors — it’s for someone who understands:

The capabilities and limitations of each tool

How to create a streamlined workflow from script-to-video to scheduling on an auto-scheduler to Tik-Tok and Instagram

What makes AI content look real vs fake

Best practices for generating visually compelling, TikTok-optimized and Instagram formats

Bonus: any knowledge of compliance risks or visual cues that perform well in shapewear/beauty ads

Goals:

1. You’ll walk me through how to:

2. Set up avatars (if needed)

3. Generate realistic facial/body movements

4. Apply “before vs after” style effects (or morphing)

5. Export and format videos for Reels/TikTok

Help me build a replicable workflow where I can produce new variants weekly

Advise on any software stack improvements if needed

Deliverables:
