The AI Transformation Director position is an opportunity to join our team and contribute to both company and personal development.Why You’ll Love This JobAs the AI Transformation Director, you will play a critical role in defining, driving and scaling the internal AI strategy across our go-to-market and operations teams. You will lead cross-functional efforts to identify high-impact use cases, deliver solutions to streamline internal workflows and enhance customer outcomes, and drive measurable efficiency and effectiveness gains.This is a high-visibility role at the intersection of strategy, technology, and operations, and is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced, cross-functional environments and has a passion for AI-driven transformation. What You’ll Do Develop and maintain a comprehensive internal AI transformation roadmap aligned to address operational challenges and opportunitiesCollaborate with Data Analytics, Engineering and third-party vendors to design and implement AI solutions, ensuring seamless integrations into existing workflows and systemsLead cross-functional teams to execute AI projects, ensuring timely delivery, measurable impacts and alignment with business objectivesDevelop playbooks, training, and enablement plans to ensure successful adoption of AI tools and processesDefine KPIs and success metrics to track ROI (e.g., time savings, CSAT, pipeline velocity)Continuously evaluate emerging AI technologies and best practices to inform ongoing strategyCollaborate with Legal, Security, and Data teams to ensure responsible and ethical use of AIDrive internal education around responsible and effective use of AI Who You Are 5+ years experience in product management, business operations, management consulting, or transformation roles, preferably within a SaaS environmentProven experience leading large-scale digital or AI transformation programs with senior stakeholder engagement and board-level visibility.Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional projects with measurable resultsFamiliarity with AI/ML tools and frameworks, especially in GTM contexts (e.g., generative AI, predictive scoring, AI assistants)Working knowledge of technical concepts such as Python, SQL, and APIsExperience with SaaS tech stacks and tools (e.g., Salesforce, Intercom, HubSpot, Snowflake, Gong)Experience delivering measurable outcomes with AI or data-driven initiatives (e.g. cost savings, retention lift, time-to-resolution reduction)Expertise in driving cultural and organizational change, with a focus on emerging technologies and fostering readiness for AI adoptionComfortable navigating ambiguity and driving change in a dynamic environment Additional Information Apptegy will not consider remote candidates from California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Nevada, New York, Rhode Island, or Washington for this opening.Why You'll Love Working With UsWe take our responsibility as a company seriously and aim to make this the best job that you’ve had (and one that sets you up for future success).
