About You
Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Demonstrated experience adapting, learning new skill sets, and overcoming operational challenges.
Experience independently identifying and acting on priorities with strong time management, organizational, and communication skills.
Enthusiasm, ambition, and grit.
Interest in learning the latest in talent management, HR, and recruiting from an innovative AI startup.
AI experience is not required.
Your personality reflects that

You are driven and will not let challenges go unsolved.
You have 15+ hrs extra/wk to help The $30K Program scale through helping us interview hire exceptional talent.
