We are seeking a passionate and experienced AI Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic Global Recruitment team. You will play a critical role in attracting, screening, and securing top US-based talent for Centific's cutting-edge AI projects focused on developing accessible and inclusive AI solutions for general and health-related applications. Our projects involve working with diverse participants to ensure AI is unbiased and equitable.
Responsibilities:
Attract, screen, and endorse qualified candidates for participation in Centific's AI data collection projects in the US, growing our community of collaborators.
Meet recruiting goals aligned with project needs, organizational plans, and team strategy.
Recruit and manage a team of freelance recruiters in key US locations (Redmond, WA; New York City; Bay Area; Austin; Houston) to build local communities of interested individuals and support volume hiring.
Develop and execute targeted campaigns to attract talent through various channels, including social and digital media, universities, academic environments, online platforms, and relevant communities.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling local content for recruitment campaigns.
Assess candidate suitability using defined qualification methodologies, including reviewing qualifications, analyzing communication, and conducting interviews.
Manage the qualification process by administering tests as needed.
Negotiate candidate rates and assess optimal pricing.
Process and archive collaboration agreements, NDAs, ICFs, and other necessary documentation.
Report on project/program results during execution and post-mortem analysis.
Perform other duties as required.
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience recruiting in the US market.
Proven experience recruiting for AI data and/or clinical research projects, or volume hiring in other industries.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Fluency in English; additional foreign languages are a plus.
Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Excel).
