This is a part time position. You should bring at least 3+ years of coding experience (Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, or similar) combined with a solid understanding of LLMs, AI agents, and workflow automation. This is not a heavy coding role — but you need the technical depth to configure, customize, and troubleshoot AI systems. More importantly, your real drive lies in AI enablement over pure coding: structuring adoption, training others, and turning AI capabilities into secure, scalable business workflows.
