AI Solutions Architect and Developer

We’re looking for a hands-on technology leader who can turn cutting-edge AI into real-world business results, optimize our tech stack, and support our government-contract teams.
Think of this role as part Chief AI Officer, part CTO, part project-management coach, and part on-call technologist.
Key Responsibilities
AI & Automation
• Act as the power-user for ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and other AI tools
• Build prompt libraries, API workflows, and prototype internal AI agents
• Train staff on AI best practices and deploy automation for efficiency gains
• Implementing AI solutions for logistics and maintenance operations at the US Marine Corp (USMC)
Project & Process Optimization
• Map workflows, apply PMI/Scrum/Lean tools, and remove bottlenecks
• Maintain dashboards and project cadence to ensure on-time delivery
Systems & Infrastructure
• Administer and optimize Google Workspace, Slack, Paylocity, Microsoft 365, AWS/GCP/Azure, and SaaS tools
• Manage websites, DNS, SSL, and hosting performance
• Consolidate tools and negotiate vendor contracts
Government-Contract Support
• Troubleshoot tech issues for field teams
• Organize artifacts for contract deliverables, audits, and compliance
• Ensure adherence to FAR/DFARS, NIST 800-171, CMMC standards
Contract Review & Training
• Red-line proposals and subcontracts for scope, pricing, and risk
• Run workshops, create playbooks, and coach teams to adopt new processes
Qualifications
Required:
• Bachelor’s in CS, IS, Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred)
• 5+ years in senior IT, DevOps, or solutions-architect roles
• Hands-on experience with at least two leading LLMs and prompt engineering
• Track record in project delivery using PMI, Scrum, or Lean Six Sigma
• Full-stack web development & system administration experience
• Understanding of NIST 800-171, CMMC, FedRAMP
• Eligible for U.S. security clearance (preferred)
Preferred Certifications:
• PMP or PMI-ACP
• CISM or CISSP
• Certified Scrum Master
• Lean Six Sigma Green/Black Belt
• AWS or Google Cloud Architect
