We are seeking a skilled and motivated AI Solution Delivery Manager to join our team. This is an individual contributor position. This role is crucial in supporting the delivery of AI use cases and working closely with matrixed business SMEs. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in AI, data management, and business testing, with the ability to refine data management strategies and operationalize them effectively.Key Responsibilities:
Support the Delivery of AI Use Cases:
? Collaborate with matrixed business SMEs to ensure successful delivery of AI use cases
? Define AI business capability requirements and approach
? Prioritize business cases based on needs and strategic goals
? Identify and manage data and change management needs
? Oversee business testing to ensure the effectiveness and accuracy of AI solutions
? Act as a liaison with the DDAT team to ensure alignment and integration
Refine Data Management Strategy and Operationalization:
? Develop and refine data management strategies to support AI initiatives
? Operationalize data management practices to ensure data integrity, accessibility, and security
? Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement data management solutions
? Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of data management strategies and make necessary adjustments
Required Qualifications
? 2-4 years of experience in project management, business testing and data management, preferably within the technology or AI sector.
? Understanding of AI persona development and implementation
? Understanding of AI technologies and their applications in business
? Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
? Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
? Excellent communication and collaboration skills
? Ability to work effectively in a matrixed environment
Preferred Qualifications
? Prompt engineering AI
? Experience with data management tools and technologies
? Knowledge of change management principles and practices
? Familiarity with DDAT frameworks and methodologies
Education
? Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business Administration, or a related field

The typical pay range for this role is:$54,300.00 - $159,120.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.Our people fuel our future.
