In this role, you’ll partner directly with our CIO to build scalable AI-driven software, automate workflows, and analyze healthcare data across our home health, hospice, palliative care, and care management programs. You’ll be the first in-house developer at CareM—this is your chance to shape our internal tech stack from the ground up.
We’re open to remote candidates but encourage applicants from Albuquerque, San Antonio, and Nashville, TN.
• *What you’ll build**:
• Tools to analyze standardized clinical assessments and optimize care and reimbursement
• EMR automation bots to streamline physician workflows
• Population risk stratification dashboards using claims data
Requirements:
• *Ideal candidates**:
• 2–5 years of experience in full-stack development or AI software
• Comfortable with Python, JavaScript, APIs, and ML frameworks
• Familiar with healthcare data or EMRs like eClinicalWorks
