We are seeking a visionary and hands-on AI Software Developer to help build experimental AI product initiatives across our organization. This full-time role will oversee the design, development, and integration of the latest AI innovations into new and existing digital products, internal operations, and customer-facing experiences. You will serve as the technical lead for AI product development, working cross-functionally with product, operations, learning & development, and executive teams to ensure our enhances business outcomes while staying true to our human-centered values. What You’ll Do: AI System Architecture & Integration • Design and implement AI products and solutions that support personalization, automation, and intelligent decision-making across products and internal tools. • Oversee the technical integration of AI into existing learning platforms, analytics dashboards, customer engagement tools, and operational workflows. • Build scalable frameworks for adaptive learning, sentiment analysis, and performance tracking. Data & Analytics Leadership • Develop and maintain AI-driven analytics engines to support business intelligence and employee development. • Ensure data pipelines are optimized for real-time insights and predictive modeling. Cross-Functional Collaboration • Partner with instructional designers and business leaders to embed AI into product experiences and internal systems. • Guide teams on best practices for ethical AI use, data privacy, and responsible automation. Governance & Quality Assurance • Establish standards for AI usability, accessibility, security, and compliance. • Oversee testing phases including UAT, performance, and integration validation. Required Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field. • 3-5 years of proven experience in AI product development, preferably within EdTech, HR tech, or enterprise platforms. • Proven experience in SaaS, web and mobile application development. • Strong proficiency in NLP, machine learning, and conversational AI frameworks. • Experience with API integrations, cloud-based AI services, and LMS platforms. • Ability to translate human-centered design principles into AI functionality. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
