AI Service Analyst | SoundHound AI | $55k – $65k | Remote (North America)

The SoundHound AI Restaurants team designs, develops, and deploys AI-driven products for the world’s leading restaurant chains to enhance and elevate our clients’ restaurant operations and guest satisfaction. Our AI Service Analysts have a key role on our teams that deploy, manage, and optimize our cutting-edge voice AI for restaurant ordering, including phone and drive-thru ordering solutions. Our client engagements are growing rapidly and we are expanding our AI Service Analyst teams. This position offers also offers equity compensation (RSUs) and excellent benefits like healthcare and paid time off.

In this role, you will:
• Be a part of an AI Service team that coordinates closely with our AI product and client success teams to deploy and manage AI voice ordering services
• Learn how to use SoundHound’s proprietary AI products and tooling to set up and optimize an AI service for a client engagement and use case
• Deploy our AI products to restaurants, set up and optimize menu and conversational configurations, evaluate customer conversations with our AI, and track performance metrics
• Have an opportunity to advance your career and be a lead analyst for AI service deployments for particular engagements, including serving as the subject matter expert for client-facing communications

This job is available to those living in the Eastern, Central, and Mountain time zones in the United States. However, please note that at this time, SoundHound AI is not set up to employ in the following applicable states: Arkansas, Delaware, Iowa, Maine, Mississippi, Missouri, New Hampshire, North Dakota, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Vermont, West Virginia, Wisconsin, and Wyoming. A hybrid workplace arrangement is expected of employees located in the Dallas-Forth Worth metroplex. Employees in all other applicable locations will have a remote workplace arrangement. The salary range for this position is $55,000 to $65,000 plus equity. In addition to salary and equity, you will receive comprehensive healthcare, paid time off, and other benefits. Our recruiting team will provide a specific salary range based on location and years of experience.
