We are building a fintech AI system using a multi-agent architecture where different AI agents perform specialized tasks across a workflow.
We are looking for an AI consultant / prompt engineer to help design, test, and refine the prompt system used by these agents.
The role focuses on prompt architecture, structured outputs, QA validation, and multi-model environments.
This is on-demand contract work with milestone deliverables.
Project Context
Fintech platform with privacy-first architecture
Strong ethical AI standards
Security and data protection are critical
Long-term vision includes scaling toward an in-house AI model
The full business logic, rules, workflows, and synthetic QA datasets will be provided. Your role is to translate those into reliable prompt systems and testing workflows.
Responsibilities
Design prompt templates for AI agents
Build prompts that produce reliable structured outputs
Support multi-agent workflows
Create QA test prompts and evaluation scripts
Improve prompt performance, reliability, and efficiency
Support multi-model setups when different models perform different tasks
Ideal Background
Experience with:
prompt engineering for production systems
structured outputs (JSON / schemas)
multi-agent workflows
prompt testing and evaluation
Bonus experience:
fintech or privacy-sensitive environments
agent frameworks or orchestration tools
