AI Product Designer
VIATEQ is seeking a thoughtful and collaborative AI Product Designer to help design intuitive, impactful AI-powered solutions using platforms like Cresta and Kore.ai. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams and enterprise clients to shape user journeys, optimize conversational flows, and ensure our AI solutions deliver real value. This role is ideal for designers who enjoy working at the intersection of UX, AI technology, and business outcomes, translating complex problems into elegant, human-centered interfaces and workflows. Responsibilities: Design AI-powered user experiences using low-code/no-code platforms like Cresta and Kore.ai. Partner with clients, product managers, and engineers to understand user needs and business goals. Create wireframes, conversation flows, mockups, and prototypes that bring intelligent workflows to life. Design and optimize chatbot and voicebot experiences, including intents, dialog trees, tone, and escalation paths. Translate business processes into usable, streamlined digital interactions. Collaborate in platform configurations (e.g., Cresta’s Behaviors, Kore.ai’s Bot Builder) to ensure design intent is implemented correctly. Continuously test and improve AI experiences based on user feedback and analytics. Experience: We are accepting applications for all experience levels. What We’re Looking For: Experience designing for AI-driven products, with tools like Cresta and Kore.ai Strong UX/UI fundamentals and the ability to apply them in dynamic, multi-modal experiences Familiarity with conversational design principles, including dialog mapping, tone of voice, and accessibility Ability to collaborate cross-functionally in client-facing or consulting environments Comfort working within the constraints of no-code/low-code platforms Experience in sales, pre-sales, and/or demo configuration (a plus, not required) Any Kore.ai certifications (a plus, not required) Compensation Range: $70,000-170,000.
