AI Operations Specialist (LatAm)
Wonolo is disrupting the $140BN temporary staffing industry. We are looking for an AI Operations Specialist to work with Wonolo’s Central Operations team. The role will involve building effective tooling around AI and automation solutions to amplify the team's impact and streamline manual processes.
Requirements
• Manage the intake, evaluation, and implementation of automation and tool requests from operations teams
• Develop unified analytics dashboards to track AI agent performance across systems
• Drive internal adoption of AI agents by making tools accessible, understandable, and valuable to ops stakeholders
• Maintain clear operational documentation for all new automations used within the team
• Provide structured feedback to help align AI agent behavior with actual business workflows
