About the job
We’re looking for a highly motivated Mid Market Sales Development Representative to join our team and accelerate new business growth. Mid market SDRs are a foundational piece in Yuma AI's sales organization and help generate pipeline through interactions with prospective customers, across verticals and various personas. You’ll work closely with Account Executives and your teammates to strategically generate interest in Yuma AI with some of North Europe’s largest brands.
What you'll do
• Generate new business opportunities through thoughtful and personalized outreach
• Strategic, outbound prospecting through cold calls, email, and LinkedIn
• Conduct account research, identify key decisions makers, and build relationships with prospects
• Partner with account executives and cross functional teams to identify new pipeline opportunities and book introductory meetings with Yuma AI
• Become a subject matter expert on Yuma AI’s platform and the Customer Service Space
What you'll need to succeed
• 6+ months experience in sales or relevant field
• High leverage of AI tools
• SaaS experience - advantage
• Strong customer-facing skills
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Self starter, goal-oriented, customer-centric
• Grit and perseverance
• Strong analytical skills
• Great attitude and comfortable operating with autonomy. Ability to take and implement feedback
• Track record of achieving sales metrics and necessary work ethic and attitude to achieve quota attainment, consistently
OTE €24,000 - €35,000 a year + equity
For compensation, we set standard ranges for all roles based on function, level, and geographic location, benchmarked against similar-stage growth companies. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries across EU locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
