AI Grantwriting Associate

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and customer-obsessed AI Grantwriting Associate to help us continue our momentum in developing the best AI grantwriting tool on the market. • About us: Instrumentl (YC S16) is the best platform for nonprofits and grant writing consultants looking to grow revenue. We help over 4,000 nonprofits to manage their institutional fundraising and win more grants by bringing discovery, tracking, grantwriting and grant management to one place. • Our mission is to be a force multiplier on the nonprofit sector’s ability to drive impact. We’re profitable and doubling year-over-year, with strong product-market fit (NPS is 60+). • About the role: At Instrumentl, our grants data is the lifeblood of our product and our customers rely on us to provide up-to-date and accurate funding information in the form of grant data, funder data, and application data. • As an Apply Associate, you will own a portion of the processes required to ensure the timely and accurate production of grant application information. • You’ll report directly to Kate, our Apply Team Lead and sit within the Product Team. You'll also work closely with: Bonnie, our Content Operations Manager, Tara, Apply Content Associate, Kim, Apply Product Designer. • Get to know us at instrumentl.com/about! Requirements: • A ‘state of the art’ attention to detail: You have a superhero-like ability to find the tiniest error, whether it be a typo, an inconsistency, or a noncompliant formatting mistake. • A ‘can-do’ attitude: You enjoy a varied workload where no 2 days are the same and are motivated by ambitious goals. • Process optimization: You can identify any unwelcome dips in performance, efficiency, or accuracy, and constantly work to improve existing processes through thoughtful feedback. • Adaptability with technology: You quickly learn and master new tools and workflows, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in your work. • Nonprofit sector experience: You have some familiarity with the nonprofit world, especially with grant writing and fundraising. • Passion: You're excited about Instrumentl’s mission! • Bonus: You have experience working in early-stage startups and being comfortable (even thriving!) with ambiguity.
