This is ideal for someone who wants: • Real ownership • A project they can put their name on • A long-term tech partner role • Startup experience and a real portfolio piece • To be part of something that can scale nationwide About the Project We’re building an AI-powered lead-generation and deal-finding platform that will: • Scrape off-market & distressed leads • Analyze motivation & probability of sale • Score opportunities • Automate outreach (email, SMS, agents, skip tracing, etc.) • Build a full end-to-end AI deal pipeline You will be building the core engine of a platform that can grow into a full SaaS product. Who We’re Looking For A hungry, ambitious builder strong in: • Python (automation, backend) • Web scraping (Scrapy, Selenium, APIs) • AI Agents & LLMs (OpenAI, Claude, LangChain, ReAct, etc.) • Basic dashboards / UI • Integrations & automations Bonus: • Machine learning • CRM integrations • Real estate data experience • SQL / vector databases / data pipelines Why This Opportunity Is Special Because we are NOT a new startup with no track record.
