AI Engineer - Shape the Future of Web3

You'll play a critical role in developing cutting-edge AI solutions to empower individuals in the decentralized internet (Web3) by securing their digital identity, assets, and interactions.

What You Will Do
Design, develop, and implement cutting-edge AI solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into scalable AI models.
Generate comprehensive AI development and design documentation.
Collaboration & Integration
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify AI opportunities and product requirements.
Work closely with software engineers to integrate AI models into workflows and production systems.
AI Design & Development
Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and algorithms.
Optimize and fine-tune existing AI systems for improved performance and scalability.
Conduct data analysis and preprocessing to ensure data quality and suitability for AI models.
Engage in feature engineering, model selection, and evaluation methodologies.
Innovation and System Optimization
Stay updated with emerging trends, advancements, and breakthroughs in AI technologies.
Research and leverage these advancements to improve existing systems or develop new solutions.
Monitor and maintain deployed AI systems to ensure reliability and performance.
What You Will Need To Succeed
You possess a strong AI/ML background with experience in prompt engineering and hands-on experience with NLP and large language models. You are proficient in Python and experienced with data science tools like PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit-learn, and pandas. A working understanding of the Web3 space, including decentralized identity, wallets, payments, and key management ecosystems, is essential. You are proactive, diligent, and thrive in collaborative environments, adept at navigating complex technology stacks.
Your Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Data Science, or equivalent experience. Minimum of 5 years of SaaS experience, with at least 2 years specifically working with Generative AI technologies. Bonus points for experience with selective-disclosure identity frameworks, blockchain, non-custodial wallets, key management solutions, and/or metaverse architecture.
