Key Responsibilities
Customer Engagement & Scoping:
Work directly with customers to understand their needs and requirements.
Define project scope, tasks, and deliverables.
Develop detailed project proposals and work plans.
Project Pricing:
Evaluate project requirements to determine accurate pricing.
Prepare and present pricing proposals to clients.
Team Management:
Lead daily scrum meetings and manage the agile process.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
Facilitate communication and collaboration among team members.
Project Updates:
Provide regular updates to customers and internal stakeholders on project progress.
Address any issues or challenges promptly to keep the project on track.
Documentation & Reporting:
Maintain comprehensive project documentation.
Prepare and present project status reports.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field. Advanced degree preferred.
Proven experience as a Project Manager in AI, Machine Learning, or related fields.
Strong understanding of AI technologies and their applications.
Excellent customer-facing skills with the ability to manage client expectations effectively.
Solid understanding of project management principles and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or similar.
Required Skills
Experience in a consulting environment. (must have a track record of successful execution)
Must have delivered AI and GenAI projects.
Must have experience in scoping, setting expectations, managing scope creep, costing, sow management, and change requests.
Knowledge of cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
Certification in project management (PMP, Scrum Master, etc.).
Job Types: Part-time, Contract, Temporary
Pay: $18.00 - $31.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 per week
Schedule:
Monday to Friday
