AI Developer / Technical Lead (Hands-On)

We are seeking aSenior AI Developer to take hands-on responsibility for the design, development, and deployment of AI-driven products. This role is suited to an experienced engineer who actively builds and ships production systems, rather than operating in an advisory or consulting capacity. Role Responsibilities • Design, develop, and maintain production-grade AI applications • Build end-to-end solutions across model development, APIs, and infrastructure • Own technical implementation and delivery of AI features • Translate product requirements into scalable technical solutions • Ensure code quality, performance, security, and reliability • Collaborate closely with the founder and stakeholders on product direction Required Experience • Demonstrable experience building and deploying AI systems in production • Strong programming skills (e.g.Python, ML frameworks, backend services) • Experience working with cloud infrastructure and deployment pipelines • Ability to take ownership of technical decisions and execution • Commercial awareness and product-oriented mindset Not a Consulting RoleThis is a hands-on engineering position. Candidates whose background is primarily consulting, advisory, or oversight-based, without direct recent development experience, will not be considered.
