Your Role:
Key responsibilities are as follows:
Collaborate within the AI & Data Operations team to optimize processes and ensure smooth workflows.
Engage in cross-team initiatives to maintain alignment and strategic impact.
Participate in one of three areas: Engagement & Communications, Project Management, or Business Operations.
Create content, plan events, and foster team engagement.
Assist in project planning, tracking, and Agile model implementation.
Analyze business processes and manage projects for operational efficiency.
About You:
Ideal candidates will have:
A passion for creative storytelling and collaboration in Engagement & Communications.
Strong organizational skills and familiarity with project management tools for Project Management.
An analytical mindset and experience in process improvement for Business Operations.
Rising senior status or recent graduate in relevant fields such as Communications, Management Information Systems, or Operations Research.
Compensation & Benefits:
Salary range: $30-35/hr. Overtime exempt. No discretionary or sales bonuses. Benefits include healthcare and more.
