We’re hiring an entry-level AI Content Strategist to help launch and manage nonfiction Kindle books using automated content tools and a proven production framework. Instead of writing entire books by hand, you’ll work within a streamlined system to research profitable topics, guide AI-generated content, and shape manuscripts for release on Amazon Kindle. Your Core Workflow
This is a strategy-driven publishing role, not a creative position. You’ll use AI and templates to produce nonfiction content in a predictable, repeatable format. Here's what that looks like:
Step 1: Uncover Book Topics With Built-In Demand
Your first task is to identify which topics are worth publishing. Using our market insight system, you’ll filter through Kindle categories to uncover overlooked nonfiction niches. These are topics real readers are already searching for—so your content is backed by buyer demand, not guesswork.
Step 2: Coordinate AI-Generated Drafts
With the topic in hand, you’ll turn to AI platforms like ChatGPT. Using structured prompts and pre-built frameworks, you’ll generate book content that fits Kindle’s preferred formats. You’ll act more like a content coordinator—organizing, editing, and improving AI outputs—not a traditional author.
Step 3: Assemble and Format Your Book
Once your draft is ready, you’ll follow Kindle-specific formatting guidelines to organize chapters, optimize readability, and prepare your book for upload. You’ll use document layouts and style references that are already tested and approved by Kindle's publishing standards.
Step 4: Optimize Book Listings for Maximum Reach
Next, you’ll craft metadata—including your book’s title, subtitle, and description—using fill-in-the-blank headline templates. These are designed to increase visibility and conversions, even if you’ve never written sales copy before.
Step 5: Publish and Scale
