Key Responsibilities
Design & Develop Chat Integration Patterns
Architect and implement scalable chat integration patterns that seamlessly integrate AI-driven conversational tools into arenaflex's ecosystem, ensuring robust performance under enterprise-scale loads
Work closely with AI/ML teams to optimize real-time customer chat experiences for Pre-Sales, Post-Sales, and Product Support scenarios
Ensure smooth multi-channel integration across web, mobile, and enterprise platforms, maintaining consistency and reliability across all touchpoints
Create reusable integration frameworks that can be leveraged across multiple product lines and customer implementations
Create Type-Safe APIs & Reusable Components
Develop robust, type-safe APIs for AI-driven interactions, ensuring they are secure, scalable, and efficient while maintaining the highest standards of code quality
Build and maintain highly reusable UI components for chat interfaces using React + MobX, focusing on performance, accessibility, and exceptional user experience
Establish and enforce API standards across the organization, championing type safety and comprehensive documentation practices
Implement GraphQL and RESTful API patterns that support complex enterprise requirements while remaining developer-friendly
Optimize AI Feature Implementation
Collaborate with AI/ML teams to deploy and optimize AI-powered chat features using real-world data, continuously improving conversation quality and accuracy
Enhance conversational AI models by refining API interactions, chatbot logic, and performance benchmarks to deliver exceptional user experiences
Conduct thorough testing and validation of AI features, ensuring they meet arenaflex's high standards for reliability and performance
Monitor and analyze AI chat performance metrics, identifying opportunities for optimization and innovation
Drive Containerization & Service Separation
Lead efforts in Docker-based containerization to support microservices architecture and seamless deployment of chat AI modules
Architect solutions using Kubernetes and serverless architectures to ensure AI chatbot services are robust, scalable, and cost-effective
Implement best practices for service mesh, load balancing, and fault tolerance in AI chat systems
Optimize resource utilization and deployment strategies to maximize efficiency while minimizing operational costs
Architect & Improve System Infrastructure
Own and improve the system architecture supporting AI-driven chat and conversational AI, ensuring it meets current and future business requirements
Ensure AI chat services integrate seamlessly with arenaflex's PLM, CMI, VIP, Planning, CPI, and Personalization modules, creating a unified user experience
Implement performance optimizations for faster AI inference, lower latency, and improved real-time interaction quality
Design and implement caching strategies, database optimizations, and infrastructure improvements that enhance system performance
Champion DevOps & CI/CD Best Practices
Optimize CI/CD pipelines for rapid deployment of AI-integrated chatbots, reducing time-to-market for new features and improvements
Work closely with DevOps teams to ensure secure, automated, and efficient deployments across all environments
Implement monitoring, alerting, and observability solutions that provide deep insights into AI chat system performance
Establish and enforce security best practices throughout the development and deployment lifecycle
Technical Requirements & Core Skills
Programming & Development
TypeScript & Node.js Expertise: Strong foundation in backend development with deep understanding of type safety, async patterns, and enterprise-grade Node.js applications
React + MobX Experience: Ability to build and maintain highly responsive and interactive UI components that deliver exceptional user experiences
Vue.js & Python Knowledge: Exposure to other front-end frameworks and scripting languages is a plus, demonstrating versatility and willingness to learn
Deep API Design Understanding: Extensive experience designing, documenting, and securing scalable RESTful & GraphQL APIs that meet enterprise requirements
Infrastructure & System Architecture
Containerization (Docker, Kubernetes): Strong experience in microservices architecture, containerization, and service orchestration
Infrastructure Optimization: Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) to deploy and manage AI-driven chat solutions at scale
Performance Tuning & Security: Expertise in ensuring chat solutions are highly performant, scalable, and secure under enterprise workloads
Scalable Architecture Design: Proven track record of designing and implementing systems that handle millions of requests with minimal latency
DevOps & Automation
Strong DevOps Mindset: Experience with CI/CD tools including Jenkins, GitHub Actions, ArgoCD, and similar platforms
Automated Testing & Deployment: Knowledge of testing frameworks like Cypress, Jest, or similar for comprehensive automated UI/API testing
Infrastructure as Code: Experience with tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible for managing infrastructure
Monitoring & Observability: Familiarity with logging, monitoring, and observability tools for production systems
Requirements
5+ years of professional experience in TypeScript, Node.js, React, and API design, demonstrating progressive responsibility and technical depth
Proven experience working with AI, Chatbots, or Conversational AI frameworks, with a strong understanding of natural language processing concepts
Deep knowledge of microservices, containerization, and scalable system architectures that support enterprise-grade applications
Prior experience working in SaaS, AI, or High-Tech Product organizations, demonstrating familiarity with agile development methodologies
Strong problem-solving mindset with a bias for action and innovation, consistently delivering results in fast-paced environments
Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience)

"The US base salary range for this full-time position is $170,000 - $220,000 base plus benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
