AI automation expert wanted for healthcare consulting business
AI Automation Expert – Microsoft 365 & AI Workflow Optimization (Healthcare Consulting) Overview I am a C-suite consultant focused on the healthcare vertical (medical practices, dental practices, MSOs, and multi-entity healthcare organizations). I am seeking an AI Automation Expert to help design, build, and optimize AI-driven workflows that integrate modern AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Manus, and others) with my Microsoft 365 ecosystem to create meaningful efficiencies across my consulting business. This role is hands-on and strategic. I am not looking for someone who only writes prompts—I am looking for someone who can architect systems, automate workflows end-to-end, and turn AI into a true force multiplier. Responsibilities • Design and implement AI-powered automations that integrate with: • Microsoft Outlook (email and calendar) • Microsoft Teams • OneDrive and SharePoint • Word, Excel, and PowerPoint • Connect and orchestrate AI tools such as ChatGPT, Manus, and other LLM or automation platforms • Build workflows that improve: • Client research and meeting preparation • Report creation, summarization, and documentation • Email drafting, follow-ups, and task tracking • Knowledge management and internal documentation • Data extraction, transformation, and analysis (especially Excel-based) • Recommend and implement additional tools as appropriate (e.g., Power Automate, Zapier, Make, APIs, RPA, vector databases) • Help architect a scalable AI operating system for a boutique consulting practice • Document workflows and provide clear handoff instructions so systems are usable, repeatable, and maintainable Example Use Cases • Automatically generate client briefs from emails, notes, and documents • Sync AI-generated insights into Microsoft Teams channels or project folders • Create AI-assisted financial, operational, or strategic reports in Word or PowerPoint • Build intelligent intake, follow-up, and internal workflow automations using Microsoft 365 • Reduce manual administrative work and increase leverage across multiple client engagements Required Skills & Experience • Proven experience building AI automation workflows (not just using AI tools) • Strong working knowledge of: • Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, SharePoint) • Large Language Models and AI tools (ChatGPT, APIs, agents, or similar) • Experience with automation platforms such as: • Power Automate, Zapier, Make, or similar • Ability to work with APIs, webhooks, and system integrations • Strong business process optimization and systems-thinking mindset • Clear communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts simply Nice to Have • Experience working with healthcare, professional services, or consulting businesses • Familiarity with compliance-conscious environments (HIPAA awareness is a plus, not required) • Experience building reusable AI agents, templates, or frameworks • Light development or scripting experience (Python, JavaScript, etc.) Engagement Details • Initial project-based engagement with potential for ongoing, long-term work • Flexible hours and async-friendly • You will work directly with the business owner and C-suite consultant • Budget is open and commensurate with experience and impact How to Apply Please include: 1.
