I am looking for an experienced AI Automation Engineer to build a fully automated backend system for a rugby ticket resale website. The goal is to remove 90% of the manual admin (delisting tickets, sending PDFs, syncing inventory, monitoring Viagogo, etc.) using a combination of OpenAI Automations, browser automation (Puppeteer/Playwright), Zapier/Make, and API workflows. This project is ideal for someone who has built e-commerce automations, web scraping/bots, ticket resale flows, or OpenAI-powered agents. ⸻ What I Need Built 1. Ticket Intake Automation • AI reads incoming PDF/mobile-transfer tickets • Extract seat details, match, section, row, delivery type • Validates PDF correctness • Stores metadata in Google Sheets • Auto-creates a listing on my website • Auto-creates a matching listing on Viagogo ⸻ 2.
