AI Automation & Agent Developer (OpenAI, Zapier/n8n) - Project-Based - Contract to Hire
I run Acasa AI, an AI automation agency that builds practical AI agents and workflow systems for small businesses (gyms, clinics, e-commerce, real estate, service businesses, etc.). I'm looking for a project-based AI Automation Developer who can help build client deliverables as new projects come in. This is not hourly work - I bring the client, you help me deliver the automation. Typical projects include: - AI lead-generation agents - WhatsApp/SMS conversational bots - Appointment booking automations - Customer support chatbots - CRM integrations (HubSpot, GoHighLevel, Pipedrive, Airtable) - API + webhook automations - Custom GPT/AI tools for business workflows You should be confident with: - Zapier or n8n - OpenAI API (Assistants, Chat Completions, Function Calling) - API integration + webhook setup - Logic building (filters, branching, error handling) - Clean documentation and reliable communication Nice to have (not required): - Python / LangChain - Twilio WhatsApp API - Make.com - Framer/webhook integrations How we’ll work: - I send you a project scope when I close a client - You build the automation or agent according to the brief - We agree on a fixed price per project - Long-term ongoing collaboration if we work well together To apply, please include: - A short intro about your experience - Examples of AI agents or automations you’ve built - Tools you’re strongest with (Zapier, n8n, Python, OpenAI, etc.) -Your typical turnaround time -Your suggested per-project pricing range Looking for someone fast, reliable, and easy to communicate with.Strong potential for ongoing work.
