AI and Machine Learning Engineer

Description: • Porter is growing and seeking to add an AI & Machine Learning Engineer to the Team! • The ideal member of Porter will be a change agent, altering the status quo of healthcare delivery. • Your Impact at Porter: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced AI/ML Engineer. • Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models using Amazon Bedrock and SageMaker. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI/ML solutions into products and services. • Monitor and evaluate model performance, making necessary adjustments to improve accuracy and efficiency. • Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI/ML technologies and apply them to ongoing projects. Requirements: • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. • Proven experience with Amazon Bedrock and SageMaker • Strong understanding of large language models (LLMs) and their applications. • Expertise in prompt engineering and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG). • Knowledge of AI/ML governance and model auditability practices. • Proficiency in programming languages Python or R • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Strong communication and teamwork abilities. • Experience with other AI/ML platforms and tool is a plus including DataBricks, Salesforce Agentforce or Einstein. • Experience in Healthcare and Healthcare data is a plus Benefits: • Remote work environment • Medical, dental and vision benefits within 30 days of hire • Paid vacation and holidays • A fun team and special culture • Equipment Provided Apply tot his job
