AI Analytics Engineer
Location: Washington, DC (REMOTE)
Duration: 7+ months
Tasks to be performed:
ā¢ Conduct a thorough assessment of the current HRTS applications landscape and document existing gaps and opportunities for AI and Automation.
ā¢ Propose solutions and recommendations for system enhancements, including software updates, integrations, and process improvements.
ā¢ Generate AI Models and Algorithms for HR purposes.
ā¢ Develop project documentation, including project plans, timelines, and progress reports.
ā¢ Communicate effectively with other team members, stakeholders, and business partners.
Required Skills:
ā¢ Minimum of 3-5 years' experience in software development leveraging AI, Analytics Support, and Leadership role.
ā¢ Four years' proven work experience as an AI Engineer or similar role.
ā¢ Knowledge of Oracle Forms/Reports, SAP ERP, WebSphere, Tomcat, Java, Python, and GitHub.
Education:
ā¢ A four-year degree from an accredited College/University in the applicable field of services is preferred or additional 4 years of relevant work experience is required.
