The ideal candidates will possess deep expertise in Agile methodologies and frameworks, excellent coaching skills, and a proven track record of guiding teams through successful Agile transformations. Our coaches will work closely with various teams to foster an Agile mindset, drive continuous improvement, and ensure the successful implementation of Agile practices.Required Qualifications • Proven experience as an Agile Coach with expertise in various Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) and SAFe Framework. • Familiarity with Agile tools and software (e.g., ADO, Jira, Confluence). • Demonstrated ability to lead and manage Agile coaching engagements. • Work with leadership and C-suite executives to align Agile initiatives with business goals. • Strong understanding of Agile transformation principles and practices. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.• Experience in training and enablement, including developing and delivering Agile training programs. • Lead training and onboarding of teams by developing comprehensive training programs and facilitating onboarding sessions and certifications. • Conduct workshops and training sessions to promote Agile practices and principles. • Monitor and report on team progress and Agile adoption and maturity assessment. • Ability to work in a hybrid model, with a requirement to be in the office 3 days a week. • Proven track record of successful Agile coaching in large-scale transformation projects.• Should be ready to Travel as per Client needs. Preferred Qualifications • Experience in the energy sector or with platform operating models. • Certification in Agile Coaching (e.g., SAFe®Advanced Scrum Master (SASM), SAFe® Program Consultant (SPC), SAFe® Release Train Engineer (RTE), PMI – (DAC), PMI- DASSM, ICP-ACC, ICP-ATF). • Experience working with vendor partners in a collaborative environment. • Knowledge of change management principles and practices.
