Agentic AI Security Architect Lead – North America

What is the job: Radware is searching for a technically expert and customer-focused Agentic AI Security Architect Lead to own solution architecture, technical strategy, and secure implementation of Agentic AI Security offerings across North America. You will work closely with the regional Sales Leader and business unit head to ensure tailor-made, compliant, and secure solutions for enterprise customers. What will you do? • Lead end-to-end architecture and technical facilitation for agentic AI cybersecurity solutions, delivering workshops, threat models, and solution designs aligned to customer needs • Advise enterprise customers on secure Agentic AI deployment, compliance, risk management, and best practices for AI governance and safety • Support sales teams through technical presentations, proof of concepts, and deployment optimization in complex enterprise sales cycles • Collaborate effectively with Product, R&D, Marketing and Customer Success teams to relay field requirements and influence secure product roadmaps • Develop technical enablement content and training for partners and Radware’s salesforce to scale expertise across the region What you need: • 8+ years in enterprise security architecture, AI security, or cybersecurity consulting with North American market experience • Deep knowledge of Agentic AI, autonomous agents, threat modeling, and security frameworks for ML and AI systems • Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts for executive and technical audiences alike • Experience working alongside sales teams in a solution architect capacity • Willingness to travel to customers’ and partners’ sites and events regionally Why you should join us: Employees from more than 40 countries have chosen Radware as a place where they can belong.
