Agentforce Developer (Remote Contract / nearshore)
Job Description
We are hiring an Agentforce Developer for one of our consulting clients -
This is a remote contract and can be based from any nearshore/offshore location in LATAM /other.
You will be responsible for leveraging AI capabilities to enhance and optimize Salesforce solutions
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop custom AI Agentforce solutions, and drive innovation to streamline business processes and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
This role requires experience with Flows, LWC, APEX and platform features. You should have previous project experience with Agentforce
The contract will be paid an hourly rate of $18-35/h depending on experience/location
Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain Salesforce applications using APEX and other Salesforce technologies.
• Analyze business processes and translate them into effective Salesforce solutions.
• Design, configure, and maintain Salesforce lab demo environments to support testing, demonstrations, and training sessions, ensuring optimal performance, security, and data integrity.
• Provide technical support and training to users as needed, including GenAI fundamentals.
Qualifications
• 5+ years experience developing in Salesforce Sales and Service Clouds
• Hands-on experience with Agentforce - actively configuring and working within the tool, not just watching the demo.
• Agent Studio (Copilot) Prompt Builder, OOTB AI GenAI & Predictive Features (Case Classification, Predictive tooling, etc), DataCloud (External Data Input), structured and unstructured data, and embedding into systems, Experience Cloud (MIAW, Omni-Channel setup experience) - highly desirable
• Experience with GenAI technologies
• Hands-on experience working with data sources, APIs, and integration tools to ensure seamless data flow and accurate data management within the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Experience with data management and governance best practices including privacy and consent.
• Detailed understanding of the development of modules within Salesforce and how those modules tie into a broader solution.
