Requirements
Proven experience in customer service or a related field, preferably in a live chat environment.
Excellent written communication skills with a focus on clarity and professionalism.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing customer needs.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple chats simultaneously.
Familiarity with CRM software and chat support systems.
A keen attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate records.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends, as required.
PAY RATE: $20.17 - $31.92 Hourly
