The Agent Debt Collection Representative at Lincoln Financial Group plays a crucial role in managing and resolving commission debt issues for agents. Responsibilities
Ā Research, analyze, and resolve commission debt issues by gathering information from appropriate departments.

Ā Reconcile commissions and debt calculations to determine collectability from commission earnings.

Ā Monitor, collect, and apply reimbursements of debt.

Ā Communicate with Broker Dealers and Agents regarding outstanding debts via email and phone.

Ā Provide detailed information to Collection Agencies and respond to inquiries about Agent debt.

Ā Meet with internal and external stakeholders while maintaining professionalism.

Ā Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance customer experience.
Requirements
Ā High school diploma or GED or minimum Associate degree in lieu of required experience.

Ā 3-5+ years of client customer support and operations experience relevant to the role.
,
Ā Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.

Ā Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask while maintaining attention to detail.

Ā Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Nice-to-haves
Ā Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and V-lookups.

Ā Knowledge of Microsoft Access is desired.
