Remote Full-time
Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Bonus based on performance Competitive salary Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Training & development Position Overview Are you an experienced insurance professional ready to step into a leadership role with one of the top agencies in the country? Our award-winning team has been serving Southern Nevada for nearly 20 years, with three thriving offices in Henderson and Las Vegas — ranking among the top performers out of 19,000 State Farm locations nationwide. We are looking for a dependable, polished, and motivated Agency Manager to be the cornerstone of our remote office. This is more than a management role — it's an opportunity for someone who takes pride in being present, leading by example, and delivering exceptional results for both our team and our clients every single day. Key Responsibilities Ensure the office is open, operational, and running smoothly on a daily basis — your consistent presence and ownership of the office is essential. Provide hands-on coaching, mentorship, and day-to-day coordination to support team members in reaching their full potential. Handle customer appointments with professionalism, identifying insurance needs and recommending the right solutions. Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships through excellent communication, follow-up, and a genuine commitment to service. Proactively reach out to customers to cross-sell and round out accounts, contributing to monthly, quarterly, and annual agency goals. Manage and track all client interactions and office activity in Salesforce CRM with accuracy and attention to detail. Leverage AI tools and technology to enhance productivity, streamline workflows, and personalize the customer experience. Oversee compliance with established policies and procedures and ensure all daily tasks, follow-ups, and policy changes are completed accurately and on time. Monitor business metrics and contribute to marketing initiatives and community outreach to support agency growth. Maintain a professional office environment and uphold the agency's reputation for excellence. What We're Looking For Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience, ideally in an insurance, financial services, or customer-facing environment. Proven ability to be reliable and present — someone who takes ownership and follows through until issues are fully resolved. Strong verbal and written communication skills — polished, professional, and confident even in high-pressure situations. High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume setting. Strong computer literacy including CRM systems (Salesforce preferred), Microsoft Office Suite, and AI-based productivity tools. Property & Casualty and Life & Health License required. Securities License 6, 63, or 65 required (or willingness to obtain). Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus. A self-motivated problem-solver who genuinely cares about the community and is driven by goals and growth. State Farm agents are independent contractors who hire their own employees. State Farm agents' employees are not employees of State Farm Insurance Companies. This position is with a State Farm independent contractor agent, not with State Farm Insurance Companies. State Farm agents control which licensing requirements and training programs are offered or must be successfully completed by their employees. By accepting employment with a State Farm agent and/or successfully completing any licensing or training programs required by a State Farm agent, you are not guaranteed, promised or given any form of selection preference, should you choose to leave the agent's employment and pursue the opportunity of becoming an independent contractor agent for State Farm Insurance Companies. If you choose to pursue an agency opportunity, you will need to apply and go through the regular State Farm Insurance Companies' agent selection process.
