Agency Development Manager (ADM) – B2B Sales | Leadership Track | Flexible Schedule Overview We are expanding our leadership pipeline and seeking driven professionals to step into an Agency Development Manager (ADM) role. This is a performance-based, business-to-business sales position with a clear path into leadership, focused on delivering employee benefits solutions through Colonial Life. This role blends direct sales execution, client relationship management, and team development, offering the opportunity to build both income and a scalable organization. What You’ll Do • Develop and manage relationships with business clients, delivering tailored employee benefits programs • Leverage qualified B2B leads to schedule and conduct client meetings • Drive new business production while building long-term client partnerships • Collaborate with leadership to set and exceed performance goals • Begin developing leadership capabilities, including mentoring and onboarding new representatives Compensation & Growth • First-year earnings: ~$65K+ (commission-based, uncapped) • Multiple income streams: • Personal production commissions • Leadership overrides on team production • Quarterly and annual bonuses tied to performance milestones • Structured advancement path into management and agency leadership • Promotions are performance-driven and internal-first What We Provide • Proven onboarding system with hands-on coaching • Access to high-quality B2B leads (no reliance on personal network) • Hybrid work model with schedule flexibility • Ongoing training in sales, leadership, and business development • Strong team culture with consistent support and accountability What We’re Looking For • Strong communication and relationship-building skills • Coachable, growth-oriented mindset • High level of personal accountability and discipline • Desire to build a long-term career with leadership potential • Sales or customer-facing experience preferred, but not required Requirements • Experience or interest in B2B sales • Ability to obtain a Life & Health insurance license • Reliable computer with a camera for virtual meetings • Must reside in North America Why This Role Stands Out This is not a traditional sales role.
