Ag Lending Analyst (Bilingual)

As an Ag Lending Analyst, you will provide smart lending solutions and personalized advice to customers, helping them navigate financial options and contribute to the growth of Canadian agriculture.ResponsibilitiesAssess loan applications by completing financial and credit analysis, preparing documentation and making lending decisions within delegated authoritiesHelp customers and partners (by phone or email) understand their options, solve issues and access the right financial solutionsSupport Alliance partners by adjudicating credit applications and troubleshooting lending‑related concernsExecute outbound activities, including arrears collection and proactive follow‑upsDocument all interactions accurately in FCC systemsContribute to team projects and continuous improvement initiatives across the Customer Service CentreSkillsA diploma or degree in agriculture, business, finance, economics or commerceAt least one year of relevant experience, ideally in a financial institution or lending environment (or an equivalent combination of education and experience)Strong financial acumen and the ability to analyze credit riskExceptional customer service skills, especially in phone‑based interactionsAbility to multitask, prioritize and stay focused in a fast‑moving environmentProficiency with computer systems, financial tools and learning new technologiesThis position is designated bilingual (English and French), and the successful candidate must be able to communicate in both of Canada's official languagesExperience in agricultural lending or farm financial analysisFamiliarity with lending legislation, loan security or mortgage processesKnowledge of FCC products, Alliance programs or credit adjudicationPrevious work in a call centre or high‑volume customer environmentStrong comfort navigating difficult conversations (collections, declines)BenefitsMarket-aligned and performance-based salary and incentive programsFlexible and comprehensive group benefit and savings plansWell-being support through benefits and wellness programsLearning and development opportunities to help you thriveHybrid work optionsCompany OverviewFCC is a federal Crown corporation that is 100% invested in Canadian agriculture and food.
