AG - Customer Service Representative

Summary: We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused domestic logistics professional to assist our sales team in building strong client relationships, expanding business opportunities, and supporting our Freightshare division. This role offers hands-on experience. Essential Duties and Responsibilities : Collaborate closely with the logistics team to support daily operations. Build and maintain strong, long-term customer and carrier relationships. Engage in logistics activities to meet growth and revenue targets. Provide timely communication, proposals, and follow-ups to clients and vendors. Support the Freightshare division by coordinating activities and initiatives. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree preferred. Minimum 2 years of customer service, business development, or logistics experience. Knowledge or experience in transportation, logistics, and warehousing is preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Self-motivated and goal-oriented. Spanish is a plus. Ability to travel as needed.
