Affiliate Marketing Manager for Sports Content Brand (Baseball Focus)

We’re a growing sports media company with a highly engaged baseball audience. We want to build out a strong affiliate marketing revenue stream across bolthires, sporting goods brands, baseball equipment companies, and lifestyle products our viewers already use. We’re looking for someone who understands affiliate strategy, product selection, link placement, SEO descriptions, and how to turn content into daily revenue. If you know how to grow affiliate income for creators or media channels, this is a great long-term role.What You’ll Do: Build and manage our affiliate storefronts (bolthires Influencer, bolthires Associates, Dick’s, baseball brands, etc.) Research and select high-converting baseball products Write short product descriptions and angles that sell Create affiliate-ready lists (gloves, training tools, bats, cleats, travel gear, etc.) Place links strategically in video descriptions, comments, and social posts Suggest video ideas that naturally drive affiliate clicks Track daily/weekly earnings and identify what works Optimize underperforming products Build seasonal or event-specific lists (Opening Day, playoffs, holidays, back-to-school baseball, etc.) Communicate with editors to integrate products into content naturally IdealExperience: Affiliate marketing background (bolthires, sporting goods, ecom) Experience working with creators, influencers, or media brands Knowledge of baseball equipment and trends Strong copywriting skills for product blurbs Understanding of SEO for product listings Ability to analyze click-through data and conversions Organized and able to run a clean affiliate system What We Care About: You understand baseball gear and what players actually buy You know the difference between noise and products that convert You have a clear system for building affiliate revenue You can scale daily earnings through smart placement and product selectionYour Goal: Turn our content into a consistent, growing affiliate revenue stream.We want someone who can eventually make affiliate a meaningful part of our monthly income.
