Affiliate Manager – FX / Forex | Spanish-Speaking Markets | Remote (Israel / Spain / Cyprus Region)

About the Role
We are supporting an established international FX brokerage seeking an experienced Affiliate Manager to expand and manage affiliate and IB (Introducing Broker) partnerships across Spanish-speaking markets.
This role focuses on recruiting new affiliates, strengthening existing relationships, and driving high-performance campaigns within the Forex trading ecosystem.
The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in affiliate marketing within the FX / CFD industry and understands performance metrics, traffic quality, and ROI optimisation.
Key Responsibilities
• Recruit and onboard new Affiliates and Introducing Brokers (IBs)
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing partners
• Negotiate CPA, RevShare, and Hybrid agreements
• Identify and engage new affiliate and traffic networks
• Monitor affiliate performance, sales reports, and ROI metrics
• Analyse traffic quality and detect fraudulent activity or policy violations
• Optimise campaigns, bonus offers, and promotional activities
• Prepare marketing briefs for creative and campaign assets
• Coordinate with internal Marketing, Risk, and Compliance teams
• Represent the company at international conferences and industry events
Required Profile
• 1–2+ years’ experience as an Affiliate Manager within the FX / Forex / CFD industry
• Proven experience working with Affiliates and IBs
• Strong understanding of CPA, RevShare, and affiliate revenue models
• Knowledge of affiliate tracking platforms and performance analytics
• Fluent Spanish (C1 level required)
• Fluent English (minimum B2 level)
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
• Highly organised with strong project management abilities
• Comfortable working independently in a remote setup
• Willingness to travel for industry conferences and events
Nice to Have
• Degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or related field
• Experience with affiliate networks and traffic sources
• Strong Excel and data analysis skills
• Existing affiliate or IB network
