Affiliate & Influencer Marketing Manager – Shopify, Social Media & Ambassador Program - Contract to Hire

About the Role We're looking for someone who thrives on partnerships, performance data, and creative strategy to launch and grow our affiliate program from the ground up — while also expanding our Ambassador and Micro-Influencer Program. You'll recruit affiliates, ambassadors, and influencers who align with our mission and help spread the Warrior Sol movement. What You'll Do: Set up and configure our affiliate program from scratch (commission structures, tracking, payouts) Manage and expand the program across Shopify and social media channels Grow our Ambassador and Micro-Influencer Program by identifying and recruiting mission-aligned partners Use influencer discovery tools like Wednesday to search keywords, find micro-influencers and influencers, and send personalized outreach to build partnerships Recruit, vet, onboard, and motivate affiliates, ambassadors, and influencers who connect with our mission Develop engaging campaigns, promo assets, onboarding materials, and incentive programs Track performance metrics (ROI, CAC, LTV) and optimize based on data Handle ongoing affiliate and ambassador communications and support What You'll Need: Proven experience managing ecommerce affiliate programs (2+ years preferred) Experience growing Ambassador and Micro-Influencer Programs Hands-on expertise with Shopify and affiliate platforms such as UpPromote, GoAffPro, Refersion, or similar (required) Familiarity with influencer discovery and outreach tools like Wednesday or similar platforms Strong understanding of conversion funnels, commission structures, and performance marketing Experience integrating affiliate and influencer strategies with social media marketing Excellent communication and relationship-building skills A creative, analytical mindset — you know how to motivate partners and maximize results Please include in your proposal: Examples of affiliate or ambassador programs you've built or managed, results you achieved, and your approach to recruiting quality affiliates and influencers.
