AEM Solution Architect (Remote)

In this role, you will:
Architect and design scalable, robust, and innovative AEM solutions.
Lead the technical design and implementation of AEM projects, ensuring alignment with business requirements.
Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams.
Translate business needs into detailed AEM specifications and technical documentation.
Collaborate with stakeholders across all levels to gather requirements and deliver impactful solutions.
Ensure best practices for data management, package deployment, and system integration within AEM.
Develop and maintain responsive web applications using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Utilize authentication technologies such as LDAP, SSO, SAML, and OKTA.
Design and develop custom components, workflows, and object models within the AEM architecture.
Communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and business audiences.
Contribute to the improvement of CI/CD pipelines and related tools.
We are looking for someone with:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field (preferred).
Deep knowledge of the Adobe Marketing Cloud product suite, with a focus on AEM, Adobe Target, Adobe Analytics, AEM Forms, Audience Manager, and Adobe Campaigns.
12+ years of experience in designing and deploying Java/J2EE solutions on JCR-based WCM platforms.
4+ years of experience developing on CMS platforms or web application frameworks.
Proven experience with CMS features including multi-site, multi-channel delivery, personalization, content aggregation, multilingual support, and workflow management.
Prior experience as a lead developer or architect on AEM implementations.
AEM Architect or Developer certification (preferred).
Strong understanding of software design patterns and experience applying them.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and written skills.
Experience with CI/CD and building CI pipelines.
Consulting background (preferred).
