Demonstrates positive energy, sound judgement in decision making, appropriate communication methods and team member support
Answers inquiries via phone, chat, fax, email or Jetnet self-service portal
Assists team members and retirees with issues surrounding travel, policy and other general questions
Uses general understanding of procedures, policies, knowledge of the database, other reference materials and sound judgement to resolve team member inquiries
All you'll need for successMinimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience
High School diploma or GED equivalency
Preferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience
Previous experience in a high-impact customer service role
Fluent in Spanish
Skills, Licenses & Certifications
Ability to handle multiple tasks in high volume and adhering to deadlines within a highly confidential environment
Knowledge of policies, procedures and familiarity with Jetnet
Attention to detail is paramount
Outstanding customer service, strong organizational and decision-making skills
Self-motivated and work well in a team environment
Ability to analyze, research, and effectively respond to inquiries, issues, and complaints
This position requires a flexible schedule as it oversees an environment that will be open 5 days a week- Monday-Friday 7am-7pm
