Advisor Support Specialist
Vestmark is seeking an Advisor Support Specialist to deliver industry-leading support to their Financial Advisor clients. In this client-facing role, you will manage day-to-day inquiries and orchestrate cross-departmental projects to drive long-term client satisfaction and retention.ResponsibilitiesCultivate and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with Financial Advisors through effective communication, trust-building, and personalized attentionAct as the primary point of contact for client-related tactical issues, both internally and externallyGo the extra mile to engage clients through open and interactive communicationAddress Financial Advisor inquiries via phone, portal, email, and group inbox with professionalism and urgencyProvide daily support, data issue resolution, and request processing with accuracy and efficiencyConduct thorough needs assessments and deliver tailored solutions to ensure client satisfactionMeet or exceed client support team targets and maintain high client satisfaction scoresOrganize, manage, and execute cross-department, client-related projectsCoordinate large-scope initiatives to ensure quality and timely service delivery on all client-impacting projectsMonitor project progress and communicate status updates to stakeholdersUtilize multiple channels to meet clients in their medium of choice: written case correspondence, email, and phoneMaintain accurate records of client interactions and resolutions in internal systemsEscalate complex issues appropriately while maintaining ownership of client experienceSkills1-3 years of client service representative or customer support experience, preferably in financial servicesBachelor's degreeProficiency with word processing software (Microsoft Word, Google Docs)Proficiency with spreadsheet software (Excel, Google Sheets)Proficiency with accounting softwareProficiency with internet and web-based applicationsProficiency with project management toolsProficiency with database software and CRM platformsExcellent written and verbal communication abilities with demonstrated professionalismStrong analytical skills with ability to assess client needs and deliver effective solutionsSuperior time management and multitasking capabilities in a deadline-driven environmentExperience managing and supporting Financial Advisors in the RIA channel, Family Offices, or similar financial services clientsFamiliarity with wealth management platforms and investment operationsTrack record of managing a high volume of client relationships with multiple stakeholdersExperience supporting accounts with significant assets under managementUnderstanding of financial advisor workflows and pain pointsBenefitsEquity-based grants for all new hiresCompany-paid medical premiums of 90%A competitive time-off programOther variable compensation, if eligibleCompany OverviewVestmark provides support to their users so that they can focus on the important work of helping investors reach their financial goals.
