The Advisor III, Admissions Enrollment, plays a vital role in recruiting new learners to Nightingale College, aligning with our mission to close health equity gaps through a skilled and diverse nursing workforce. They exemplify successful KPI’s to help mentor advisors to elevate individual collaborators and overall functional outcomes, embodying the values of growth mindset, responsibility, and transparency. As the first point of contact, they provide exceptional service to prospective learners, ensuring the completion of admissions documents to meet compliance and accreditation standards. This role is integral in maintaining learner commitment throughout the enrollment cycle, upholding exemplary admissions standards, and demonstrating stewardship to the function’s outcomes.



Facilitate communication with prospective learners, setting appointments, and conducting interviews.





Maintain and update daily activity reports for managerial reference.





Guide prospective learners through the Discover, Commit, Start Application process as pertains to assigned specialties, exemplifying to advisors its effectiveness.





Provide accurate program information to learners.





Address escalated learner concerns in collaboration with management.





Ensure accuracy in processing applications and maintaining learner records.





Collaborate with various functions to enhance service levels for enrolling learners.





Support managers in training and development of advisors, focusing on enrollment duties and alignment.





Participate and/or facilitate weekly admissions meetings and contribute to functional projects.





Engage in conferences and events to represent Nightingale College as needed.





Participate in focus groups to help develop and improve processes.





Complete stretch assignments such as shadowing new advisors, creating training, etc. as requested by management.





Eligible to interview for specialty roles.
