Welcome to Cargill! We are seeking a skilled and experienced Advisor to of experts in FSQR Regulatory Affairs for the EMEA Cocoa & Chocolate division. As an integral member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards in the food and beverage industry. We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive individual with a strong passion for food safety, quality, and regulatory affairs. If you have a strong understanding of cocoa and chocolate products and a keen eye for regulatory trends and changes, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.Conduct thorough research and stay up-to-date on all relevant regulations and standards in the food and beverage industry. Advise and guide the EMEA Cocoa & Chocolate division on regulatory compliance for all products and processes. Develop and implement strategies to ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure all products and processes meet regulatory requirements. Review and analyze product formulas and labels to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.Conduct audits and inspections to identify potential compliance issues and provide recommendations for corrective action. Communicate changes in regulations and standards to relevant stakeholders. Develop and maintain relationships with regulatory agencies and industry organizations. Provide training and guidance to team members on regulatory compliance. Participate in industry events and conferences to stay informed on regulatory trends and changes. Proactively identify potential risks and propose solutions to mitigate them.Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of regulatory compliance for all products and processes. Ensure all necessary documentation is completed and submitted to regulatory agencies in a timely manner. Collaborate with internal and external partners to resolve any compliance-related issues.
