Advertising Research Analyst

The Advertising Research Analyst will play a critical role in analyzing advertiser campaign performance, developing reports, and collaborating with internal teams to drive insights and optimize workflows. Responsibilities Analysis of advertiser campaign performance, providing insights and actionable recommendations for best practices and optimization Develop reports and insights to help sales teams be effective and nimble Create output that tells the story behind the data to non-technical team members Leverage AI agents and automation to identify, redesign, and optimize workflows, significantly reducing manual effort and operational overhead Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to understand our clients’ business needs, formulate and complete end-to-end analysis, generate creative ideas, research possible solutions, recommend an appropriate solution, lead and/or perform the implementation, and present results Be the measurement expert across our workstreams Skills 1-2 years of media research experience at a media agency, digital publisher or data and analytics company Experience with syndicated media research like Nielsen and ComScore, and third-party measurement solutions like Kantar, Dynata, Nielsen Catalina Solutions, Circana, Disqo, Brandwatch and bolthires Ads experience is a plus Understanding of media planning and media math (reach, frequency, audience composition, CPV, CPM, Lift, etc.) Proficient in bolthires Excel, PowerPoint or the bolthires equivalent.Keynote is a plus Strong mathematical and analytical abilities Excellent communication skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently and problem solve as well as effectively collaborate with various teamsEducation: Bachelor of Arts/Sciences or equivalent experience Experience with third-party measurement solutions like Kantar, Dynata, Nielsen Catalina Solutions, Circana, Disqo, Brandwatch and bolthires Ads experience is a plus A knack for storytelling or interest in consumer insights is a plus SQL is a plus Master's Degree is a plus Benefits Flexible PTO Medical, dental, and vision insurance with FSA options Company-paid life insurance Paid parental leave 401(k) with company matchProfessional development opportunities 13 paid holidays off Summer Fridays (we leave early) In-office, hybrid, and fully-remote work options available In-office lunches and lots of free food Optional in-person and virtual events (we like to celebrate!)
