Advertising and Sales Executive

CornerStone Professional Placement is seeking an Advertising Sales Executive for a marketing and advertising client in the Richardson, TX area. As the Advertising Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving new business by selling print and digital advertising and marketing solutions to businesses targeting the senior community. Qualified candidates will have proven B2B advertising sales experience and the ability to develop and maintain relationships with key clients in the senior community. You will build long-term relationships, close contracts, and earn uncapped commission while working in a highly rewarding and engaging work environment.
Requirements & Responsibilities for the Sales Executive:
Proven B2B advertising sales experience
Experience working in the senior community is a plus
Ability to generate and close leads, including cold calling and networking at industry events.
Develop long-term client partnerships, ensuring ongoing advertising success.
Comfortable with cold calling, warm leads, client visits, community networking, and face-to-face sales interactions.
Must be organized, engaging, and professional with strong communication skills.
Experience using CRM systems to manage leads and follow-ups.

Compensation for the Sales Executive:
Employment type: Direct Hire
Schedule: Mon-Thu (9 AM-4 PM), Fri (9 AM-2 PM);
Location: Richardson, TX 75080 (Training 100% on site then on-site Mondays and remote Tuesday-Friday)
Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 (Based on Experience) + uncapped commission
